Lovely heart, you know so much
adventures made me lost a part
two hearts remain, I lost them too…
it’s time to press restart
Awesome brain you fixed a lot
of puzzles, boss fights, killing shots
those colossi we killed them too
such lovely twisted plots
When I’m tired adventuring
this world of ours, this charming space
I press game start and jump straight in
with pixilated grace
I long for the day
where I fuck you with my words
and make your mind cum
I will make you scream my name
over
and over
and over again
I will shatter your mind
and crush your lungs
with the movement of my hips
and the swaying of my tongue
I will make you scream my name
my darling
you have been warned
A tulip swaying
dancing with summer dew drops
wind as her music
You are the silence that weaves music
the stillness that brings movement
you are grace personified
You are the night sky that I’ve been trying
with my words to paint and capture
yet no brush can even paint
your shades
your hues
your colors
your blues
and my heart
and my love
well
they tremble for you
And I know it in my soul
you are the art I’ve been looking for
and this lifetime will come to pass
mastering you
smoke flowers cigarette man
i heard her say to me
light up and smoke flowers oh dreamer
its the season to smoke flowers you see
smoke flowers smoke flowers smoke flowers
smoke flowers oh wonderful mind
smoke flowers until you reach the stars
smoke flowers until you find…
the dreams you sought of chandeliers
of space princesses and galaxies
of slivers and mirrors and crystal lakes
of minstrels and mysteries
smoke flowers oh cigarette man
smoke flowers and fly with me
towards the skies with aeroplanes
towards your love for me
smoke flowers smoke flowers smoke flowers
smoke flowers oh wonderful mind
smoke flowers to quench your wandering lust
smoke flowers until you find…
the matchstick to light your shadows
the lemon to bite your tea
the honey to add a bit of spice
what are your thoughts of me?
smoke flowers oh love
smoke flowers she whispered
smoke flowers and stay with me
smoke flowers and bite my lips and tongue
smoke flowers and let them see
smoke flowers then suck the blood that trickled
smoke flowers then lick my wounds
smoke flowers then add some more of hurting
smoke flowers then make it good
smoke flowers oh love
smoke flowers…
smoke flowers then stay with me.
Bright sunshine mornings
Bright starlit dreamy nightskies
I survived the crash
When I was young grownups would always tell me that I’m meant to be king,
of course when you were a kid you’d literally think they know everything,
but now I’m older,
I realize the world is colder than warm,
the curse they passed on their words
brought me nothing but losses and harm
I aimed higher, i brought them everything a good son could give
I toiled, studied, and followed orders like its my last day to live
now its a shame
look what I turned and became, a dreamer
the dude who wont settle down
wont be that king with a crown
he’s just a dreamer
its sad because i know what I lost
somewhere love got left behind between them bridges i crossed
Now I’m a spaceman soaring towards the sun
I’m letting go of my graviton velcro shoes
perhaps i need someone to hold me down
hold me down before I”m gone
Now I’m drifting off course blinded by the glare from the sun
the blinking lights on the panel means that my oxygen’s gone
now here I am
floating on space higher than anyone i know
my dreams propelled me up here
and now its killing me slowly
Being alone makes you realize how much on life you have missed
things you endured and ignored, things you crossed out of the list
those supernovas,
those kisses shared between you and her
the warmth that no star can give
will make your world spin and blur
but then again I’m really scared to try and wish it all back
for i know what i am which also means I know what i lack
i lack gravity
the moment i jump straight back to the sparks
i’ll simply drift off away
so i’m better off with the sharks
But it cant be helped i guess I’m really born to be what I am
born to be moving to be floating to be lost and be damned
I’m scared of love
the thought that I’d be falling back down
all this “falling in love” business
makes me want to move town
Perhaps one day my path will lead me floating straight back to earth
after I’m tired pursuing dreams and i hope to god it’ll be worth it
but love wont wait
There’s no love for those who traveled off far
I hope i’ll burn on my re-entry
as a bright falling star
See I’m a spaceman shooting straight to the sun
and I’m zipping and spinning out of control
perhaps i need someone to hold me down
hold me down before I’m gone again
Come and take my hand dear
I will take you away
up to the exosphere
for a night and day
I will show you our world
like you’ve never seen before
to where falling stars swirl
with the music you adore
come take my hand dear
I will take you to space
if its flying that you fear
then make that hold an embrace
So tell me one more time, lady of space
this game that we are playing,
would you call it a race?
If winning is your goal, fail not to dream
this pulsar that I’m holding
can bring out a stream
of wave that can lift you up
of power that can melt your heart
of thoughts that can woe your mind
of light that can burn you blind
This game that we are playing
why call it a race?
For I am here to walk beside you
with guiding embrace
Back seat, that is where we are going
just you and your space-boy
let go of your space-toys for I’m taking you away
Breath in, let’s fog up this rocket-ship
hold on to the blast doors
I’ll do you on all fours, and make you scream my name
You can feel the engines tremble
You can feel the room shake
I can feel your lips tremble
I can feel your legs shake
Even with his senses numbed, Isaac was able to feel his room tremble to life. The sudden vibrating sonata did not only fill his quarters with a steady mechanical hum, it also shattered his serene thoughts.
Outside, he can hear Oswald’s high pitch orders. The gnome was at it again, this was already Gimos’ third helm test run for the night, and from the annoyance of gnome’s voice, the assassin can tell that it won’t be the last. From the last time they talked, or rather, from the last time he listened to one of Oswald’s chattering monolog, the gnome found a way to maximize Gimos’ speed by synthesizing arcane power with the use of crystal filters retrofitted via an elvish box furnace. Slowly, Isaac opened his eye and shut the lid of lamp in front of him.
He stood up from lotus position and without a word, picked up the silver lamp and placed it carefully on top of his desk. He sniffed and inhaled deeply, making sure to fill his lungs with the haze that the lamp was spewing. It was burning oil with a drop of hemlock and a pinch of nightmare vapor power.
In his head, he silently recited a poem:
“He gathered all the springs to birth,
From the many-venomed earth;
First a little, thence to more,
He sampled all her killing Store.”
This was his silent mantra, his anchor to the plains of living, a set of words that kept him from fading into the depths of oblivion as he train his body for poison immunity.
If not of the Gimos’ humming, he would have continued his meditation. There was a lot to reflect about, a lot to consider, for a lot had happened from the past week. He had retained his memory as a bard, he had seen himself in action, in a point of view where he had no control whatsoever, his actions were unconscious yet precise…even calculated, the absence of his true self did not hinder him from accomplishing his mission, it was his first time to try this method, and he was successful. Too successful.
He coughed.
He stared at his palms and watch his fingers tremble. Fear? Yes.
He is scared.
Scared of himself for he had truly become what he had always wished for, what he had always worked for.
A weapon.
The sudden knocking on his door pulled him back from his introspection.
He rubbed both hands and turned towards the door. “Come in.”
Last night I wanted to die
under the bright night-sky
I bared my soul and waited for
the scythe of sweet goodbye
But like the flowing of time
Death’s touch is too sublime
to be abused for wonder’s sake
and so I was declined
She fears the ocean’s deep unknown
he loves the midnight sky
She hates the night, he dreams of space
these things they cant deny
He craves for dim sum everyday
she’s sick of eating those
She’s always prompt, he’s always late
yet still they make things glow
These elements they spin so fast
two colors deep entwined
Two shades of different hues and thoughts
far minds, yet so aligned
She’s courtly, cultured, elegant
He’s reckless like a boy
His words are laced with eloquence
Her tactless words destroy
Two elements they spin so fast
two people deep entwined
Two destinies colliding for
a dream, both deaf and blind
This world is filled with poetry
swirling movements made of art
this world that boxes lazy dreams
deep inside our sleeping hearts
we’re meant to fly, yes you and me
but where to point? where to go?
which star to fly? which moon to land?
who to bring? with whom to grow?
questions…questions we failed to ask
our little selves when we were young
back then we knew the universe
its secrets written on our tongues
This world is filled with poetry
swirling movements made of art
let us unbox our lazy dreams
and wake the wonders in our hearts
